About Kimberley Sanchez

A love of real estate and home ownership was cultivated for Kim at a young age watching her parents build homes for themselves, and thus making the American dream of homeownership a reality through their hard work and determination. Kim's grandfather, Louis Jones, was a veteran and well loved real estate professional in Port Huron for many years at John A Rowling Real Estate. Following in her parents' and grandfather's footsteps, Kim has the desire to help families find a home that meets their needs and enhances their life. Kim has an understanding of what it means to own the home of your dreams and the decision making process that goes into such a huge commitment.

Kim has lived in St. Clair County all her life. She has been an educator for over 20 years. Kim attended both Eastern Michigan University and Oakland University where she earned her Master's degree. Kim has worked in both education and sales her entire life. Kim takes great joy in helping to educate her clients about the process of buying and selling homes. In particular she loves helping first time buyers. Her husband has worked in the county for over 24 years, devoting his life to the community. Kim's two children attend St. Clair County Community College and Michigan State University. They enjoy participating in community activities like tennis and scouting.

Kim has been an avid equestrian and horse owner her whole life. This included participating in 4-H as a youth, and showing horses locally and throughout the state. With her horse and farm experience she brings a knowledge of the needs of the rural homeowner and small farm owner.
